If you are carrying pain that no one else sees, feeling overwhelmed by the weight of stress, or simply trying to hold everything together while your energy runs low—you are in the right place.
I’m Traci, and I know that reaching out is often the hardest step. Many people come to me when they feel exhausted, stuck, or unsure how to break free from patterns that no one else seems to understand. Whether you’re navigating the complexities of ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, or the persistent fog of anxiety and depression, I am here to help you find your footing again. You deserve a space where you can be heard without judgment and rebuild your strength at your own pace.
I specialize in supporting teens and adults who are navigating a wide range of mental health challenges, including:
I believe the foundation of good care is listening. My style is direct, honest, and deeply compassionate. I am calm and steady, ensuring you never feel rushed or talked down to. I pride myself on being a great listener; my goal is to make sure you feel truly seen and understood while providing the structure and guidance you need to move forward.
My passion for psychiatry is rooted in over 7 years of experience, much of it spent in the high-pressure environment of the Emergency Room. Seeing people at their most vulnerable moments taught me that crisis intervention is only the beginning—true healing requires long-term, stable support.
After graduating from Walden University, I dedicated my career to providing the kind of psychiatric care that people deserve long after the immediate crisis has passed. I am deeply passionate about this work and am committed to caring for people from all walks of life.
Our first meeting is about comfort, clarity, and connection. We will discuss what brought you here, what feels most difficult right now, and what you want your future to look like. If needed, we will complete a straightforward evaluation or screening. My goal is for you to leave that first session with a clear sense of direction, a personalized plan, and a partner in your healing.
