As the founder of Anywhere Wellness, my mission is to provide accessible, high-quality mental health care to all of Washington, Idaho and Colorado. Our integrated telehealth platform offers convenient counseling and medication management services.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master's from Purdue University. In my free time, I love trail biking riding, paddle boarding, and spending time with my family or doing anything outdoors.

Amy is passionate about helping adults address and overcome the deep-seated effects of childhood dysfunction, including experiences with narcissistic/emotionally unavailable parents, neglect, and adverse home environments and or socioeconomic challenges and/or having unmet needs in childhood and adolescence.


Amy also offers vital support for individuals in narcissistic partnerships or recovering from their aftermath, managing symptoms like fear, chronic fatigue, pain, insomnia, and irritability. Furthermore, her practice is equipped to support individuals coping with trauma, significant life transitions  (empty nesting, work stress, relationship difficulties, grief), and those who have endured sexual abuse, physical trauma, domestic violence (DV), or emotional/mental abuse in personal or professional lives.


Amy believes in a personalized, holistic approach that addresses mind, body, and spirit. Her focus goes beyond alleviating symptoms; she strives to uncover and address root causes.
