How will I help you change your life?
As a wellness coach, I will work with you in a partnership, to help you achieve your specific wellness goals. I will help you get fulfilling results in any aspect of your life as it relates to your health and wellness. I will listen to your needs, and customize a wellness approach based on those needs.
Ultimately, we will work together to unlock your full potential. Some of the methods I will be using include (but are not limited to), motivation, behavior modification, self-actualization exercises, and instructional guidance.
Who needs a wellness coach?
Many people seek out a wellness coach to help them with weight loss, to quit smoking, to manage a chronic illness, or just help in adopting a healthier lifestyle. With everything that we now know about the importance of a healthy lifestyle in the prevention of illnesses like cancer, diabetes, and heart disease -- just about everyone can benefit from having a good wellness coach.
What you can expect as my client:
- A complete wellness evaluation to determine your unique individual wellness plan.
- Weekly 50 minute phone or video call appointments. Based on the client’s needs; this can also be done as two 25 minute, or five 10 minute appointments.
- Unlimited access to me via email.
- Daily motivational text and/or emails.
- Instructional emails when needed.
- End of month progress call or email
